Any repairs needed under any of these warranties will be performed by Honda-trained technicians using Honda-approved parts. From Your Honda Dealership: What’s Covered by Your 2024 Car Warranty?
New Vehicle Limited Warranty
This warranty covers the majority of your Honda’s systems and components. In the unlikely event of a labor or material-related issue with any item covered by this warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced for free. Coverage is applicable for the first three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs is not covered by warranty. In addition, repairs may be performed for free to items not covered by warranty on a case-by-case base determined by Honda. Some components listed in this warranty have a shorter coverage duration.
Wheel Balancing and Alignment
Unless required by a warranty repair, coverage for balancing and alignment applies for one year or 12,000 miles.
Wiper Blade Inserts
Coverage for replacement wiper blades applies for the first six months.
AC Refrigerant
The refrigerant in the AC is covered for the first two years or 24,000 miles.
Powertrain Limited Warranty
Your engine, transmission, and FWD or RWD drivetrain are protected against any unforeseen issue for the first five years or 60,000 miles. Coverage applies to all components in these systems except components specifically excluded. Excluded components are listed in your warranty booklet.
Federal Emissions Warranty
Your Honda conforms to all applicable Federal emissions requirements. The majority of emissions control components are covered for three years or 36,000 miles. The catalytic converter and several other key emission system components have enhanced protection that applies for eight years or 80,000 miles.
Seat Belt Limited Warranty
Your seat belts and the seat belt system are protected against unforeseen issues for fifteen years or 150,000 miles.
Rust Perforation Limited Warranty
Perforation of rust that damages any metal section from the inside out. It applies to all body and sheet metal in your Honda. If perforation damage occurs, the affected metal section will be replaced for free. Coverage applies for five years with no mileage limitation.
High Voltage Battery Limited Warranty
If your Honda has a high-voltage battery, the battery capacity is protected for eight years or 100,000 miles. This warranty doesn’t cover the naturally occurring reduction in battery capacity over time. It applies only to a decrease that falls outside this natural decline.
