The concert, hosted by the Kailua Village Business Improvement District and presented by the Hawaii Tourism Authority, is on Sunday, April 16, at 4 p.m. at Emma’s Square on Ali’i Drive across from Hulihe’e Palace in Kailua Kona.
Kulāiwi-Native Lands’ native Hawaiian band members will perform songs from their new album, Kulāiwi-Native Lands! that won Hawaiian Album of the Year and the Hawaiian Engineering Award of the Year, and the band received the Group of the Year award at the Hawaii Academy of Recording Arts 2022 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards.
4. Spring Fun Fest
You and the kids will have a blast at the Spring Fun Fest hosted by Kuleana Education: a private elementary and middle school in Kona at 74-420 Mamalahoa Highway in Holualoa, about seven miles away.
