Trim Levels (Exterior)
The first thing you'll notice about the 2022 Civic is its aggressive yet elegant stance, which comes courtesy of a wider and lower hatch that pairs perfectly with flowing lines. All-new LED headlights produce more light than conventional headlights while consuming less energy. Honda equips the LX trim with 16-inch alloy wheels, while the Sport gets 18-inch alloy wheels, blacked-out power-operated exterior mirrors, and blacked-out window trim. With the EX-L, you'll enjoy stunning views and refreshing breezes, thanks to a one-touch power moonroof. The Sport Touring's exterior highlights include LED fog lights and dual exhaust finishers that would be right at home on a race track. Engine (Power)
If you're looking for a car that can help you power through your day, the 2022 Civic won't let you down. The LX and Sport have an in-line four-cylinder engine that puts out 158 horsepower and 138 pound-feet of torque. Pop open the EX-L's hood, and you'll find a turbocharged four-cylinder capable of generating 180 horsepower and 177 pound-feet of torque. This robust engine also features in the Sport Touring and enables it to accelerate up to 60 mph in 7.4 seconds.
Performance
With the 2022 Civic, you can always look forward to an exciting driving experience. A continuously variable transmission (CVT) features in the LX and EX-L, seamlessly shifting through gears for precise acceleration and sharp handling. You can equip the Sport and Sport Touring models with your choice of a six-speed manual transmission or a CVT with steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Both transmissions let you enjoy an exhilarating hands-on drive with an incredible road feel.
